Cancellation conditions

Should you unexpectedly need to cancel, we will refund your payments as follows:

Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival: full refund minus 15 Euro processing fee

Cancellations between 3-6 days before arrival: refund 50%

Cancellations between 0-2 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.
